My expertise
Real estate broker since 2012, I have had the privilege of assisting many families, homeowners, buyers and investors in their real estate projects in the Outaouais.
Based in Gatineau, I accompany my clients throughout the city, notably in Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer, Buckingham and Masson-Angers, as well as in several surrounding municipalities such as Cantley, Chelsea and Val-des-Monts.
Over the years, my experience has also led me to develop a good understanding of the particularities of real estate in rural areas. Buying a property with a private well, septic system, large lot or special features requires a different analysis from that of a traditional urban property.
My role is to help my clients understand these differences so they can make informed decisions.

A specialization in residential real estate
My practice is primarily focused on residential real estate brokerage.
I assist my clients in buying and selling single-family homes, condominiums, rural properties, and residential buildings.
I also work with investors seeking opportunities in multifamily properties, renovation, building optimization, and buy-sell projects.
Each project requires a different analysis. A house intended for a family, a condo, a rental building, and a property to be renovated cannot be evaluated using exactly the same criteria.
This variety of files gives me a more comprehensive view of a real estate transaction.
More than just knowledge of real estate brokerage
A real estate transaction rarely involves only brokerage.
The mortgage financing, insurance, property appraisal, inspection, and construction can all have a significant impact on a transaction.
The knowledge I have developed in these various areas allows me to better identify the elements that deserve special attention and, when necessary, to direct my clients to the appropriate professionals.
My goal is not simply to close a deal, but to enable my clients to understand the issues surrounding their real estate decision.

Buy a property with a proactive approach
In a market where well-presented and properly positioned properties can quickly attract several buyers, waiting for an opportunity to appear is not always enough.
My way of representing my buyer clients is therefore based on a proactive approach.
Even before starting the viewings, I want to understand their needs, their financing, their priorities, and the trade-offs they are truly willing to make.
When an interesting property appears, we can quickly analyze its price, comparable sales, its condition, its location, and the conditions that could influence the transaction.
This preparation allows us to make a timely decision when necessary, without making a hasty one.
To better understand my approach and the different stages of a transaction, see my Buyer Guide.

Selling a Property: Visibility, Strategy, and Positioning
The way to sell a property has evolved considerably.
Today, simply listing a property and waiting for buyers is no longer a sufficient marketing strategy.
The presentation of the property, photography, pricing strategy, digital distribution, real estate platforms, and online visibility all play a role in how a property is perceived by buyers.
My approach starts with understanding the property and its market in order to determine how to position it against competing properties.
The aim is to generate the maximum relevant interest around the property while working to obtain the best possible value according to market conditions.
The strategy must also evolve based on buyers’ reactions and new properties entering the market.
To discover my way of preparing, positioning, and marketing a property, consult my Seller’s Guide.
A local knowledge of Gatineau and the Outaouais
Working in real estate in the Outaouais means understanding markets that can be very different just a few kilometers apart.
A house in Aylmer is not necessarily positioned in the same way as a property in Buckingham. A home located in Chelsea or Cantley can have terrain and sanitary installations characteristics that are completely different from a property located in Hull.
That’s why I place a lot of importance on sector knowledge and on the truly relevant comparable sales.
My practice territory includes, in particular:
Gatineau • Hull • Aylmer • Masson-Angers • Buckingham • Cantley • Chelsea • Val-des-Monts

A network of professionals to support a transaction
After several years in the real estate field, I have developed a network of professionals who can intervene at different stages of a transaction.
Depending on the needs of the file, this can notably include professionals in the fields of inspection, mortgage financing, law, insurance, construction, and various specialized trades.
When a situation arises that goes beyond the role or expertise of a real estate broker, I believe it is important to know when to bring in the right professional rather than trying to handle everything.
This collaboration allows me to better support my clients when their transaction presents a particular situation.

Behind the real estate broker
I am a real estate broker, but above all I am a father of a family.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy fishing, the outdoors, and challenges. I am also a singer in my spare time and I place great importance on the relationships I have developed over the years, both in my professional and personal life.
I like to get involved in causes that matter to me and to stay engaged in my community.
And as many people who work in real estate will probably confirm, I am also a big coffee enthusiast… even though I rarely have time to drink it while it is still hot.
An information- and representation-based approach
Whether for buying, selling, or investing, my philosophy remains relatively simple: a client who better understands their transaction is better positioned to make good decisions.
My role is to represent my clients' interests, provide them with the necessary information, identify the elements that deserve their attention, and accompany them through the various stages of their transaction.
After more than a decade in real estate in the Outaouais, my objective remains the same: to offer a service that is professional, accessible, and tailored to each situation.
